Emirates Auction's terms and conditions of public auction shall apply, along with the following terms and conditions

• AED 500 administration fee will be applied on each lot price exceeds AED 2,000 and AED 300 otherwise.
• All lots Sold as is.
• Approval required for selling the lot within 48 hours after auction end.
• You must complete payment and collection of the Lot within 48 hours of the date of the auction’s conclusion, after acquiring the supplier’s approval.
• Emirates Auction reserves the right to apply fees of 100AED for each delay, without prior notice, for any vehicle not paid or received within the specified period
• 5% VAT will be applied to final auction price.
• The documents will be delivered within 10 working days from completion of payment and collection.
• AED 100 loading/unloading fees will be applied for each car.
