Emirates Auction's terms and conditions of public auction shall apply, along with the following terms and conditions

• Administrative fee plus VAT shall apply to each item as follows: 200 AED for sale price up to 500 AED, 300 AED for sale price between 501 AED and 1,000 AED, 600 AED for sale price between 1,001 AED and 100,000 AED, 700 AED for sale price between 100,001 AED and 200,000 AED, 900 AED for sale price between 200,001 AED and 300,000 AED, 1,000 AED for sale price 300,001 or above.
• All Vehicles shall be sold, as is, in their location.
• Please note that the sale process is subject to the provider’s approval
• The winning bidder must complete the payment within 48 hours from the end date of the provider’s approval
• Emirates Auction reserves the right to impose a fee of 100 UAE dirhams per day without notice in the event of failure to pay or collect the Vehicle within the specified period.
• The documents will be delivered within approximately 45 working days from completion of payment
• 5% VAT will be applied to final auction price.
• please note Emirates auction and Fujairah Municipality do not guarantee the registration of the vehicle.
• AED 100 loading/unloading fees will be applied for each Vehicle.
• The buyer will bear the possession issuance fees after the end of the auction, which amounts to AED 200
• Emirates Auction is not responsible for delays in the issuance of the lot ownership documents.

• The vehicle is subject to social development fees from AED 500 to AED 500, from AED 501 to AED 5000 to AED 50 and more than AED 5000 to AED 500
