Emirates Auction's terms and conditions of public auction shall apply, along with the following terms and conditions

• Administrative fee plus VAT shall apply to each item as follows: 200 AED for sale price up to 500 AED, 300 AED for sale price between 501 AED and 1,000 AED, 600 AED for sale price between 1,001 AED and 100,000 AED, 700 AED for sale price between 100,001 AED and 200,000 AED, 900 AED for sale price between 200,001 AED and 300,000 AED, 1,000 AED for sale price 300,001 or above.
• To be sold as is where is.
• Subject to the supplier’s approval.
• Payment and car collecting must be completed within 48 hours after Provider's Approval.
• Emirates Auction reserves the right to apply fees of 100 AED for each delay, without prior notice, for any vehicle not paid or received within the specified period
• The documents will be delivered within approximately 30 working days from completion of payment and collection.
• 5% VAT will be applied to final auction price.
• please note Emirates auction and Dubai police do not guarantee the registration of the vehicle.
• AED 100 loading/unloading fees will be applied for each car.
• The Buyer will pay 200 AED possession certificate fees.
• Emirates Auction is not responsible for delays in the issuance of the lot ownership documents.
