Emirates Auction's terms and conditions of public auction shall apply, along with the following terms and conditions

• Administrative fee plus VAT shall apply to each item as follows: 200 AED for sale price up to 500 AED, 300 AED for sale price between 501 AED and 1,000 AED, 600 AED for sale price between 1,001 AED and 100,000 AED, 1 percent of sale price above AED 100,000.
• All vehicles shall be sold, as is, in their location.
• The bidder is responsible for checking all data, advertisements and information related to the state of the lot, before bidding
• Participating in the auction means the absolute knowledge of the condition of item and is considered as acknowledgment of its condition and term
• Please note that the sale process is subject to the provider’s approval
• The winning bidder must complete the payment within 48 hours from the end date of the provider’s approval.
• Emirates Auction reserves the right to apply storage fees of 100 AED for each delay, without prior notice, for any vehicle not received within the specified period.
• The paper of the vehicle shall be finalized within approximately 20 business days of completing the payment process.
• The buyer bears 200 dirhams of possession issuance fees. In the event that the issuance of possession requires an export examination, the buyer must conduct the examination and hand it over to Emirates Auctions to issue the possession at the buyer’s expense
• 5% VAT will be applied to the final auction price.
