Emirates Auction's terms and conditions of public auction shall apply, along with the following terms and conditions
Administrative fee plus VAT shall apply to each item as follows:

The winning bidder must complete the payment within 48 hours from the end date of the provider’s approval
Emirates Auction reserves the right to impose a fee of 100 UAE dirhams per day without notice in the event of failure to pay or collect the Vehicle within the specified period.
AED 100 loading/unloading fees will be applied for each Vehicle.
The buyer will bear the possession issuance fees after the end of the auction, which amounts to AED 200

The documents will be delivered within approximately 45 working days from completion of payment
