What is Data carry-over?
Data carry-over allows you to continue using your unused data for one extra month. You can carry-over up to 50% of your original plan allowance (e.g. if you are on the AED 350 plan, you can carry over up to 10 GB data)

Do I have to pay monthly rental for the Plan?
No, The auction starting price for the all packages already covers the plan fees for the contract period duration.
Note: For Diamond and Diamond plus, the buyer have to pay AED 125 onetime for SIM card activation fees, it will be added to your first Premium Plan invoice.
Are there any charges if I exceed the package benefits?
Yes. Any usage other than free benefits shall be charged as per Etisalat out of bundle tariff.
Can I transfer the right of use of the Number and the Package to another person during the contract period?
Transfer of the right of use of the line is allowed with no exit charges and the beneficiary will continue in the same Etisalat plan without paying any additional charges till the end of the contract (it shall be only a change of the beneficiary name without affecting anything on the plan).
Are there any charges to transfer the ownership of my Etisalat Number?
Yes. You will be charged AED 50 as subscribership transfer fee by Etisalat.
Can I switch between Local and Flexible minutes during my contract?
For Gold & Platinum Plan:
Migration between Flexible and Local minutes is allowed, Applicable charges will be applied.
For Silver & Freedom Plans:
Migration between the Flexible and Local minutes is allowed but the customer will lose the free monthly benefits after migration, and the recurring monthly rental charges of the new plan will be applicable.
What happens if I wish to cancel my plan during the contract period?
No exit charges will apply and you will not be entitled for any refund for the remaining period.
Can I cancel the contract and change the number to prepaid?
It is allowed for all packages, and you will lose all free benefits of your plan. You will not be entitled for any refund for the remaining period.

What happens after my Premium Plan (Gold, Platinum, Diamond and Diamond Plus) contract expires? How can I continue using my number?
You can continue to use your number with any of the available postpaid plans, and pay the applicable monthly rental. However, migration between gold and platinum plans is not allowed. Please contact Etisalat for more information.
How long does it take to receive the Etisalat package after the auction?
Emirates Auction customer service team shall contact you within 5 business days after confirmation of the payment, to receive your number from Emirates Auction Office. Please note that your profile with Etisalat must be updated with the up-to-date original and valid UAE ID details, otherwise Emirates Auction cannot successfully complete the activation of your plan. What happens after my Silver Plan or Freedom Plans contract expires, How can I continue using my number?
You shall have the following options after contract expiry:
1. Continue on the same postpaid plan and pay the required monthly rental.
2. Migrate to any available postpaid plans (might be chargeable).
3. Migrate to Wasel/Prepaid.

Can I migrate to a new plan after the activation of Etisalat package during my contract period?
Yes. The customer can only select his package at the time of activation, In the event the customer migrates to a new package plan during the contract period of the free benefits, all the benefits received at time of activation will be terminated as per Etisalat policy. The customer would be required to pay for the new package fees or pay the monthly usage fees.
How can I utilize the 100 Wi-Fi hours/ month?
Enjoy public Wi-Fi access at more than 350 locations, including shopping malls across the UAE when you connect to ‘UAE WiFi by Etisalat’. After connecting, simply follow the sign-up steps if you are a first time user.
How can I get unlimited calls on the new plans?
No conditions apply – you can truly make unlimited calls to mobile or fixed non-premium numbers in the UAE, or majority of International destinations with the Freedom Unlimited 350 and above plans. Choose a plan based on your need and enjoy complete freedom from calling limits. For unlimited calls to 1 preferred country, you will also have the flexibility of changing the preferred country once in a month. Premium numbers (e.g. charged 600 IVRs) are excluded from the given allowances.

Is there a late payment fee?
Yes, following the closing of auction, the customer shall be required to pay within 2 working days. Otherwise there will be a late payment fine applied, on per day basis, until the payment is made.
What are the consequences if winner did not pay for the package?
The deposit shall be confiscated and Emirates Auction has the right to file a legal case against the bidder.
What would be the usage priority between flexi minutes and unlimited international calls to a preferred country?
Calls to your preferred country will not consume minutes from your flexible minutes allowance. You will be able to use your flexible minutes for local use and for calls to other countries.
What is the permitted duration for me to activate the Etisalat plan?
You will have to activate and receive your Etisalat Package within 7 days after the auction ends. Otherwise, Emirates Auction does not guarantee the availability of same package.
Can I registered the number under Company Name?
No, The number can registered only under the individual name with Valid Emirates id.
What is the maximum period to pay for the package price after the auction?
Payment must be made within 2 working days after the auction ends, otherwise customer will be liable for late payment fees.
What are the documents required to activate Etisalat Plan?
Your original and valid UAE ID is mandatory to activate Etisalat Premium or Silver Plan.

What situations may cause a delay in activation and delivery of the package to customer?
Scenario one: If Emirates Auction team faces any kind of Error to active the Premium or Freedom package, however Emirates Auction team will file a complaint with Etisalat technical support team and wait till the complaint is resolved successfully. (This might take time and Emirates Auction shall not be responsible for delays in providing service).
Scenario two: If the actual winner did not visit our office personally nor sent any authorization on behalf of himself/herself to activate and receive the package.
Scenario three: If Original and Valid UAE ID is not available with the winner or authorized person.
Scenario four: The user did not update his profile in Etisalat with updated Emirates ID.

No, you have to be personally present, with your original and valid UAE ID. You shall be required to do electronic signature and bio-metric verification during the process of activation.

Refreshing the app or portal during an auction ensures that you have the most up-to-date information, including the latest bids from other participants. This helps you stay informed and maintain your position as the highest bidder.
What should I keep in mind when bidding in the closing moments of an auction?
All bidders are responsible for ensuring that their bids are placed in a timely manner, particularly during the closing moments of an auction, Emirates Auction does not accept responsibility for bids that are not placed or executed due to technical issues, internet connectivity problems, or any other unforeseen circumstances. It is the bidder's responsibility to monitor the auction closely and submit their bids promptly. Bidders are encouraged to bid with sufficient time remaining to avoid any last-minute bidding challenges.
Why was the auction extended without prior notice?
